Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We try to ship products within 48 hours of placing the order. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location of delivery.
Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7- 10 days of shipping.
We have partnered with the best services in the market like FedEx, Delhivery, Xpressbees for the delivery of our products to you. Shipping of our partner products will be handled by our partner vendors. While we make sure that they ship out as soon as possible and with trusted delivery services, please understand that we cannot guarantee their service.
For now, we are able to offer free shipping on all products.
You will receive a notification from us with the tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.
If you have any special requests, please send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our best to take care of it.
We do not ship internationally at this stage. We are also not able to accept COD payments currently.
We work hard to make sure our products go through stringent quality checks and only the best products reach you. However, we understand that sometimes things may go wrong. We are currently able to accept a replacement request only if the product has a manufacturing defect.
In such cases, please write to us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the order. We will find the best way to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
